Joomla, Drupal, CMS, godaddy.com = headaches

I did something today that I never thought I would personally do. I bought a domain name. Then I bought web-hosting services. Then I attempted to start building a website.

One word = headache

However...this is the exciting part. Despite the headache it's giving me, I started at around 3pm and then suddenly it was 10pm and I had no idea where the time went. What that means is, I was so stoked about the challenge in front of me, and the new things I was learning, that I got completely enthralled in it and lost all track of time. I haven't had that happen in a long time. To me, that means I'm doing something right.

Feeling a lack of progression is something that I've been struggling with lately, which is one of the things that spawned the whole move to California. You'll eventually get all the details, thoughts and feelings about it - but for now, just know that I'm starting my own business and doing my own thing for me, and for nobody else.

Sweet huh. Yeah, now I'm gonna build a website.
